Michael Lum is the President of CCA.
He has been with TNS/Research International for over 25 years. Over this time, his roles have included Data Analyst/Programmer, IT Manager and Client Deliverables Director.
Michael is an experienced website and database developer in .NET languages and MS-SQL. He has implemented automated online reporting systems for clients, as well as internal automated reporting systems for management.
He has wide ranging experience in many aspects of IT back-office operations, including IT Governance (SOX), capex budgeting and IT strategy and policy formulation.
