Our qualified and experienced Counsellors are available on Fridays from 9am (first appointment) until 12pm (last appointment). They can provide up to ten 45 minute sessions, free of charge, and will provide a confidential and secure environment to work through your challenges and discuss concerns openly. Within the first appointment, they will attentively gather details about your medications, personal history and current circumstances.
