These terms and conditions apply to your use of CCA New South Wales Ltd Aged & Disability Services (“ADS”) Refer a Friend Program (“Program”).

When you refer a friend who is a new client (“Referred Client”) to use ADS services, you will receive A$5.00 off your next eligible service. A new client is defined as a friend or family member of a current ADS client.

Any Referred Client who signs up to use ADS service directly from your referral will also receive A$5.00 off their next eligible service.

This Program applies to a recipient of My Aged Care Commonwealth Home Support Program (“CHSP”) or Home Care Package (“HCP”), or participant of National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Any Referred Client must already be a recipient of a Home Care Package or NDIS or be over the age of 65 and either registered with My Aged Care or be willing for us to register you under My Aged Care.

Service will begin and the discount applied, once one of the following has occurred:

  • NDIS participants: A service agreement is signed and sufficient funds in your service plan for the service type being accessed has been established.
  • HCP clients: A service agreement is signed and your HCP provider agrees to have CCA deliver the service and sufficient funds in you package for the service type have been established.
  • CHSP clients: Client is eligible and signed up to My Aged Care and CCA receives the referral from My Aged Care to deliver the service to you.

Eligible services include ADS Home Delivered Meals, Social Outings/Groups (Monday Lunch Outing, Tuesday Outing, Chinese Bus Outing, Cantonese Group, Mandarin Group, Cuppa Club and Friday Lunch Group), Medical Transport, Bus Shopping, Individual Shopping and Linen Service.

Any promotional discount amount is not transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other credit.

The discount will be applied in various ways, depending on the ongoing payment method agreed upon.

Accessing this program does not lock either the Referred Client or CCA into ongoing service usage, either party may withdraw from the service at any time.

This promotional program does not have an end date but may be withdrawn by CCA at any time.
