Anthony has been a valued member of the Board of CCA since July 2019. He earned his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Sydney University and completed his MBA at Andrews University in Michigan, USA, in 1995.
In 1988, he relocated to Hong Kong, where he practiced dentistry in various settings, including private practices and non-profit clinics. During his time there, he actively engaged with organizations such as the Rotary Club of H.K. City North, the Hong Kong Austria Association, and the Chinese Business Chamber of Commerce.
In 1996, Anthony returned to Sydney and joined Primary Health Care as an employed dentist. The following year, he took over a practice in Parramatta, where he served as a solo practitioner until 2005, when he moved to his current surgery in Eastwood.
A dedicated community leader, Anthony holds multiple positions, including:
- Organizing committee member of the Granny Smith Festival
- Vice President of the Eastwood Chamber of Commerce
- Multicultural Ambassador for the Community Migrant Resource Centre
- Board member of the Chinese Australian Forum
- Honorary Patron of Lion Dance Kids
- Founding member of the Liberal Party Chinese Council
