Toula was appointed to the Board of CCA in July 2019 and became the Vice Chairperson of CCA NSW in June 2024.
Born and raised in Jerusalem, Toula completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science in England and her Master’s degree in the USA. She migrated with her family to Australia in 1994.
She has had a long career in Information Technology focusing in later years on Project Management. She led major technology projects across diverse industries and managed successful implementations of large software projects in various organisations.
Since retirement she immersed herself in her community volunteering for not-for-profit organisations. As a volunteer with Mahboba’s Promise, she managed the relationships with High Value Donors and participated in the formulation of the strategic direction of the organisation.
She has been an active member of her local Rotary Club since 2016 and was appointed President of the Rotary Club of Epping for two years.
