Volunteers from the general public, local community groups, churches and corporate partners play a vital role to CCA’s success. We have a wide range of volunteer opportunities for you to get involved in and we often look for volunteers to help with exciting events & fundraising opportunities.

Introduction to the Survey Report on Barriers to Volunteering for Community Members from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) Backgrounds.
This report presents the findings from a recent survey conducted among our volunteers to identify and understand the various factors motivating people to volunteer, as well as barriers, to their participation in CCA NSW’s volunteer program.
Corporate Volunteering
Volunteering on one of CCA’s many services can provide employees with a valuable team-building experience, and the opportunity to contribute wholeheartedly. Your business can choose from a range of meaningful activities that match your employees’ areas of interest. We have developed best-practice processes to ensure your employees get the most from the corporate volunteering experiences. Potential volunteering days may include helping us with one of our fundraising campaigns, renovating one of our youth support services or hosting activities for one of our programs.
All our volunteering activities are designed to add value and meet the needs of our services and clients. They can vary greatly, from hosting lunches for clients and supporting community engagement activities, to improving facilities and fun fundraising activities.
Student Placements
Student placements are available within some of our community support services. Please view our Service and Program Directory and contact the service that is in the field of interest and location suitable for you.
