  • Supported Independent Living

Supported Independent Living (SIL), also referred to as shared living accommodation, offers a unique NDIS support option that fosters community and connection.

In a SIL setting, individuals with disabilities live alongside others, sharing common areas and creating a warm, collaborative environment. At CCA, we prioritise a person-centred active support approach, empowering you to make your own choices while ensuring assistance is readily available for daily activities like cleaning, cooking, and personal care. Join us in a vibrant community where support meets independence!

  • Short-term Accommodation

We provide individuals with disabilities a safe and supportive environment for temporary stays, allowing them to experience a break from their usual routines. These services offer a range of accommodations tailored to meet individual needs, ensuring access to personal care, social activities, and community engagement. Whether for respite care, skill development, or social interaction, short-term accommodation fosters independence and enhances overall well-being, providing a valuable opportunity for both individuals and their families.

  • In-home support

We focus on working collaboratively with you, your family, and your support network to create options that empower everyone to lead a fulfilling life. We recognise that the concept of a “good life” varies from person to person, typically encompassing aspects like fostering meaningful relationships, securing a stable future, contributing to society, having the freedom to make personal choices, and taking on the challenges that accompany risk-taking.

We are committed to helping you engage in activities that you genuinely enjoy, providing opportunities to connect with others who share your interests. You have the flexibility to choose whether to participate in a day program, allowing you to tailor your experience to what suits you best.

Our primary goal is to support you in achieving your individual aspirations and objectives, while enhancing your sense of independence as a valued and active member of the community.

Support coordination is a vital service designed to assist individuals with disabilities in navigating the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and accessing the support they need. At CCA, our dedicated and multilingual support coordinators are here to help you every step of the way. Our team includes staff who speak English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Korean, ensuring effective communication and culturally sensitive support tailored to your needs.

We work closely with you to understand your unique goals and requirements, connecting you with a wide range of services and resources tailored to your individual needs. By facilitating effective communication among providers and ensuring you receive the best possible care, our support coordination empowers you to achieve greater independence and enhances your overall quality of life.

With no waitlist for this service, you can access support when you need it most. With a focus on collaboration and advocacy, we are here to help you make the most of your NDIS plan and achieve the goals that matter most to you.
